The Brighton Restaurant Awards Vote Online smashed all previous records, with a massive 72,911 public votes cast by food lovers from Brighton, Sussex and beyond.
In its eighth year, the BRAVOS continue to shine a light on the incredible talent, creativity and diversity of our local hospitality scene. At the April 2025 BRAVOS (Brighton Restaurant Awards Vote Online) the public voted 72,911 times over 6 voting weeks and here are the results for the best Brighton restaurant accolade.
Burnt Orange in The Lanes was voted the most popular restaurant in Brighton, with vegetarian restaurant terre à terre second and Embers in 3rd. You can see all the top 20 restaurants in Brighton on the BRAVO Winners Map, plus they are all available to look through as a downloadable BRAVO checklist.
While Brighton and Hove restaurants still remain starless in 2025, there are some otherwise notable entries worth celebrating in Brighton in this years Michelin round-up.
These include etch. The Little Fish Market, Burnt Orange, Wild Flor and Tutto to name a few. Nearby Sussex restaurants with one Michelin Star include Restaurant Interlude, The Pass and Gravetye Manor. We hope our cities restaurants will be recognised in the Michelin guide in years to come as more and more talented Brighton chefs receive national critical acclaim. Restaurant Interlude in Sussex also has a Green Michelin Star which Jean Delport, The Great British Menu finalist has held onto for two years.
